My mission is to educate, guide and empower.

About Me

I qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 2011 and have worked extensively within the NHS. I gained valuable experience as a junior physiotherapist within Women’s Health in 2014 where my love and journey into pelvic health began. Specialising in Pelvic Health in 2015 I continue my journey as a senior member of staff within the NHS and have since opened my own private practice in January 2019.

I trained as a Pilates instructor through the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute in 2016 and have since delivered a variety of classes throughout the West of Scotland.

I am extremely passionate of my own health, fitness, and wellbeing and in my spare time I enjoy weightlifting, running and cycling.

A modern approach to Pelvic Health

It is essential that we listen to our client’s story and implement an individual approach to rehabilitation.

My aim is to provide a holistic approach to assessment and treatment. I find that avoiding physical activity for fear of worsening symptoms does not usually help pelvic floor issues. Together we will find what you can do symptom free and build a platform to enable you to reach your goals.
